Global Project Manager – Corporate Environmental Strategy

About The Department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The CCA GBS unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.

The position

As a Global Project Manager in the Sustainability team, you will be responsible for driving key reporting processes within the Corporate Environmental Sustainability team, primarily based on environmental data . You will also be Conducting Life Cycle Assessments across different areas and products of Novo Nordisk, Forecast environmental metrics and performance . You will also be supporting the Novo Nordisk sustainability team to maintain IT system and ensure quality assurance


Academic degree within communication studies, business administration, or social sciences

Training & education in project and production management

Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in an international business environment

Experience in print and digital production management, such as production planning, design, proof-reading, quality control, print, vendor management, budget management and administration

Solid knowledge and experience in managing business processes and strategy development

Solid understanding of corporate sustainability and global issues, especially within environmental areas

Experienced in the discipline of project and portfolio management

Experienced in corporate annual reporting
